5. Do you process PSA documents such as Birth and Marriage Certificates, SSS, UMID, DTI, SEC, and other government documents?
- At the moment, we are not able to apply for government documents on your behalf. However, if you already applied and were notified that your document is ready, we can pick-up or claim them for you. Then we can facilitate delivery to your designated address both domestic and international.
6. What documents can you pick-up on our behalf?
- We can pick-up any document for you as long as the related school, company or government agency allows us to do so using your signed authorization letter along with a photocopy of you ID.
7. Do we need to secure a clearance from the Registrar’s Office before we can request for Transcript of Records and Diploma?
- Yes.
8. Can i request for a second copy of my Diploma?
- Yes. However, please provide an Affidavit of Loss as required by the school or an Affidavit of Submission if the copy is to be kept by the employer, embassy, or other institutions.
